Set Me Free Spa Policies

At Set Me Free Spa, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Set Me Free Spa experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Running Late?

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are running late, please let us know in advance if possible, and we will do our best to accomodate your appointment, however time may not permit for us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client.


If you arrive fifteen minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our lash artists can provide you with the best quality of work.


For all lash extension services, please remove eye makeup with an oil-free remover or lash cleanser prior to your appointment, or arrive early at the salon so that you are able to do so.


If it is your first appointment at the salon, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in a new client form, and a consent form.


Full sets of lashes will require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The deposit is transferrable, if more than 24 hours notice of an appointment change is given.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers sold, are valid for 3 years from the month of purchase. Gift Vouchers can be purchased in person (physical) or online (digital). Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non refundable. If a gift voucher is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. 

All gift vouchers are redeemable for Set Me Free Spa treatments and services. They cannot be used for retail products and cannot be used for the following treatments; Hairstyling, Cosmetic Tattooing or Injectables*. 

Gift vouchers can be purchased for a value (eg. $50, $100 etc.) as well as for a specific treatment (e.g. 60 Min Massage). If the treatment on a gift voucher is no longer offered, the value of this original treatment will be honoured. 

If you have an expired Gift voucher please contact the Salon to discuss your options. 


* These services are provided by subcontractors, and are not employed by Set Me Free Spa. 

Need to Cancel?

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so ASAP. We need at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.

 

Anything less means that clients on the cancellation list will miss out. Please let us know as soon as you possibly can if you need to cancel.

 

Failure to give us at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Appointment non-attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void.

 

Payment in advance may be required for clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.
